Zenex International Online Privacy Policy

The privacy of users of the Zenex International LLC website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) is very important to Zenex International LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Zenex”). The purpose of this Online Privacy Policy is to inform Users as to Zenex’s practices concerning collection, use, access, and security of information submitted by Users to Zenex’s website. This Online Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by: (1) Zenex offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Zenex or any third party (including our divisions, affiliates, and subsidiaries); or (2) any third party (including divisions, affiliates, and subsidiaries) including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Zenex website.

The purpose of the Zenex company website is to provide Users with interactive online access to information, resources and services that enhance the User’s understanding of Zenex’s full line of products and services and to facilitate purchases of Zenex’s products and services. Zenex understands the importance of safeguarding the privacy of the Users accessing the Zenex company website.

The Zenex International company website is not intended for children under the age of 16 years of age. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information to or on the Zenex website. Where applicable, we have a legitimate business interest to send you marketing communications, and to organize and communicate promotions and contests.
(2) Security:
Zenex uses secure web pages when credit cards and other personal information of Users are collected. Zenex’s online credit card processing system is managed by Paya, Incorporated (a Nuvei company), a third-party provider. Information is relayed to Paya through secure channels using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Users’ credit card information is not stored on Zenex servers or computers or on external servers maintained by third party vendors. Such credit card information is only stored in the Paya PCI-compliant data center. (3) Cookies:
Zenex may use “cookies” to collect information concerning use of the Zenex website by Users. A “cookie” is a small test file that the Zenex website can place on a User’s computer hard drive in order, for example, to gather information concerning User’s use of the Zenex website. This allows for better visibility and more streamlined use of the company website, improved functionality of pages, and overall better User experience on the platform. The cookie transmits this browser file information back to the Zenex web servers. The use of cookies is a standard practice which is employed by most commercial websites. Cookies cannot read information from the User’s hard drive or read any information collected by other cookie files created by other websites.
Our intention is to provide a high level and seamless experience using the company website and collection of these cookie files helps Zenex accomplish this. (4) Behavioral or Interest Based Advertising
Zenex may use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, tags, or other web tracking technologies to assess the amount of time spent on company websites or social media platforms and whether
certain types of content were viewed such as videos. We may partner with trusted third parties to collect and process this information for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We may participate in interest-based advertising using similar technology tools. This means you may experience advertisements for Zenex products and services on other websites based on your browsing behavior across websites. Some websites where we may advertise belong to advertising networks that use our web browsing history to choose which ads to display on their network websites. These ads include Zenex products as part of their package. Other websites where you see our ads, such as Meta or LinkedIn, may use interest preferences that you have chosen on those sites, as well as registration and other information about you to choose which ads to display to you. Some internet browsers, websites such as Meta, and mobile devices offer opt-outs for interest-based advertising. The Zenex website provides information related to company products and services, catalogs, brochures, technical literature with product specifications and proper use, company related news and events, and distributor locater tools. The Zenex website also allows registered Users to make product purchases. Registered Users who utilize the online ordering functionality can submit orders over the internet.

(6) Disclosure of User Information:
Zenex does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties, although Zenex may share personal information with its affiliates and business partners in order to facilitate User purchases (e.g., shipping companies, payment processing providers, email marketing software, etc.).
Zenex will cooperate with any court order or other legal process and will provide User personal information to the extent necessary and/or compelled for any legal proceeding. It is also Zenex’s practice to release account and other personal information when Zenex believes such release is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zenex’s employees, our users or other third parties. Further, in certain limited situations, Zenex may exchange information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
